She consults with leadership and other key stake-holders on comprehensive relationships and sex education needs, training, schemes of work and effective evaluation to inform policy, curricula and practice.
She has experience of managing complex relationships within educational establishments and generating consensus from multiple stake-holders enabling her to clearly articulate strategies that support implementation and change. She possesses a high degree of effective and empathetic engagement across a continuum of one-to-one communication to public speaking. Through her extensive experience of teaching, training, and facilitating learning for children, young people, and parents she has a sound understanding of pedagogy and effective learning-environment management.
